i am highly selective and private, which means i only write with people that i’m mutuals with, and that i’m selective about following people back. if i follow you, that means i would like to write with you! please do not send in memes or asks or like starter calls unless we are MUTUALS. this is just to keep my anxiety to a minimum, and to keep my dash from being too crowded.
i'd ask that you tag triggers such as clowns, suicide, self harm, and eye gore. i try to tag everything using ‘trigger cw /’, or ‘trigger tw /’ but i'm human and do sometimes forget. if i do, i'm so sorry, just pop into my ask/ims and let me know, and i'll correct it immediately.
i tend to use small, double spaced text, with more spaces in between quotation marks and various sized icons, but honestly i don't care how my partners format things! i tend to try and match formatting styles when it comes to bolded or italics, but if you ever need me to change my style in a thread so that it's more legible to you, don't be afraid to ask!
honestly i ship so many things, but chemistry above all, and i would like to talk / write with my partners at least a bit before we really write anything shippy. also i do tend to be very nervous when approaching about a ship, only because i don't want to force anything with my partners, but honestly if you see chemistry between the two, chances are i ship it as well.
i make all of my icons myself, as well as the background for this theme, but the psd used for them varies and will be updated here soon. please do not take any of my icons, as i spend a lot of time making them. icon bases are mostly made by me, but some are from the lovely veronica at vsiconarchive, and all criminal minds screencaps are from cm-caps. other screencaps are from either kissmegoodbye.net, or screencapped.net. the only thing this doesn't apply to is anything from episodes nine through sixteen of leverage; redemption, as those were all made by me.

reply speed will vary a lot depending on how i'm feeling! i try to utilize the queue, but i tend to get too excited and just post something right away. all i ask is that you don't pressure me to reply to something. if it's been a week or so i'm totally fine with you asking if i've seen it, just because i know i can be forgetful and such ! but asking every day if i'm going to reply just makes me less likely to want to write.
i try to keep this blog as much to writing and such as i can, but if you want to follow my aesthetic/personal sideblog over at effugereaes you're more than happy to! i just tend to keep a lot of my spams and stuff over there, and i use it to keep my likes clean so i don't have 1000+ likes and i can never find anything there.
